Free Listings

Basic listings are free. Business owners can request corrections or claim a listing without paying.

Paid Listings

Paid plans are intended for businesses that want additional visibility, profile features, lead capture, analytics, posting tools, and support.

Cancellation

After billing is enabled, subscriptions may be canceled before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future billing and may downgrade the listing at the end of the paid period.

Refunds

If a billing issue occurs, contact hello@tooelecounty.ai within 7 days. Refunds are reviewed case by case, especially for duplicate charges, accidental upgrades, or service setup issues.
